Who can Join ATTA?

Membership is open to anyone involved in the transformation and turnaround of organisations.

Who are ATTA Members?

ATTA members include individual practitioners, corporate executives and certified professionals from leading international firms.  Members endorse the highest professional standards of the organisation, possess the experience and skills to warrant accreditation, and can make a unique and valuable contribution to the fields of business transformation and turnaround management.

ATTA Directory

ATTA members have the opportunity to upload their details onto a secure database which can be accessed by members only.  This enables those members seeking professionals with proven experience in a particular industry to quickly locate experts in that field.

Invaluable Connection

Two levels of Individual Membership:

  • Practitioner Membership - this is for individuals who have extensive turnaround and transformation experience.  Applicants must submit a completed application form along with 3 case studies of transformation or turnaround projects that they have led.  These case studies are reviewed by the Membership Committee and the applicant will be then be interviewed by the Committee, usually by phone, to confirm the depth of their experience.  Practitioner members also undertake to uphold to ATTA’s Code of Ethical Conduct.
  • Professional Membership is available for professionals who are active in the transformation and turnaround sector but have not yet had the opportunity to qualify as full members.

Corporate Membership:

  • This is for companies who would like to register its representatives as members.  Corporate Membership allows an organisation to nominate six as individual members at their respective level of professional or practitioner, depending on accreditation, and includes the same number of seats at each ATTA conference and at the Awards Dinner. Applicants who meet our membership criteria are eligible to use “MATTA” after their name.

Communicating for Success

Newsletters and articles written by our members and others within the industry are disseminated on a regular basis to keep members aware of market developments and to help them to learn from the shared experiences. This is done through Linkedln, Wechat or E mailing.

Expanding and Growing Mindset

Members are invited to regular networking and information events across the region.  In addition, the annual ATTA conference provides a forum for members to get together to discuss developments in the market, to share experience and to network.

Events include luncheons, leadership series, forums, CEO or Senior executive roundtables, breakfast meetings, networking, conferences, seminars, and training.

ATTA regularly informs the wider marketplace about the benefits of successful transformation and turnaround, reaching out to directors of companies, professionals in finance and law, government officials and the media, to share case studies and promote best practices.
