Board Members Biographies



Roger Bischof

Roger is dually-qualified as a lawyer and chartered certified accountant. Prior to joining Bonnard Lawson Shanghai as a partner, he was an associate at Baker McKenzie in Singapore and Zurich as well as a senior consultant and senior auditor at Deloitte Geneva.

Roger focuses his practice primarily on market entry advice, foreign investment into China, Chinese outward investment, international business structuring, inbound and outbound M&A, PE and VC, cross-border restructurings and insolvencies. With his interdisciplinary background and the substantial experience he has gained in Asia and Europe, Roger has been involved in a number of complex and high-profile distressed transactions and turnarounds.

His commitment to being a leader of the profession is demonstrated by the fact that he was awarded the prestigious designation of ‘Fellow, INSOL International’ and he is also a member of various other restructuring bodies.

T.T Chen

T. T. has rich experiences in general management with proven track record in start-up and turnaround of industrial and consumer businesses throughout Greater China, Japan and Southeast Asia. T.T. was with US Fortune 500 companies Kimberly-Clark and Avery Dennison in various general management positions.

T. T. is a freelance operating partner, worked with several private equity firms: CITIC Capital, EQT, Harbours Group, Blue Point Partners and Littlejohn & Co., etc. T. T.’s main responsibilities are to support the Asian expansion or turnaround efforts of their portfolio companies in various industries and to serve as interim CEO/GM when required.

T. T. has served as interim GM 9 times in the past 10 years, twice as Global CEO. 5 of the assignments are for PE firms. 2 each for SME and MNC.

T. T. has been working as an executive coach for 10 years. He coached more than 50 executives. 50% of them are GMs including Country or Regional Heads. The others are senior functional directors.

T. T. is also a Co- Chair of Manufacturers Business Council of American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai for the past 8 years.


James Greener

James started his career as an equity analyst covering Japan 30 years ago.  He has worked in Mainland China since 1994, in consulting and corporate transformation.  Long-term client assignments have included restructuring industrial state-owned enterprises – the subject of his MBA thesis – and developing automotive supply chains for BMW, where he was an in-house consultant for five years, and Daimler.  He also specialises in operational relocation, new product introduction, and the maturation path to Industrie 4.0.

James lives in Shanghai and Hong Kong and speaks Mandarin and German.  He is writing a biography of Thomas Newcomen, the inventor of the steam engine.  James joined ATTA’s board in 2015 and currently serves as its chair.


Brigitte Wolf

Brigitte is a German engineer and a seasoned Manager in Senior Management positions with entrepreneurial approach. 

She grew a solid international career from Consultant to CEO and Managing Director in top management Consulting firms in Europe and China. She is now President and associated Partnerat EIM Executive Interim Management Hong Kong – Interim and Transition Management Asia.

She is a member of the Board of several professional associations in Europe and China and is well-connected in the automotive industry in China.

Dennis Foo

Dennis is an experienced Managing Director with strong achievement, leadership, and relationship in the food production, distribution and marketing industry. Skilled in Team Leadership, Brands Communication, Retail Distribution, Market Segmentation and Development, Process Engineering, Operations, Strategy, and Supply Chain Management. Strong business development professional with extensive educational training and learning globally and an active corporate and industry leader.
