ATTA Awards

Celebrate your successful transformation and turnaround projects with ATTA

at our Annual Conference on 10 November in Hong Kong

and show-case your achievements, great and small,

at the annual ATTA Awards Dinner.

Applications are now being received for ATTA's 2017 Awards.

The winners will be announced at the ATTA Awards Dinner at Club Lusitano.

The annual ATTA Awards Ceremony recognises significant transformations and turnarounds within the region over the previous 12 months.

The Awards are presented at the Annual Awards Dinner which takes place during the Annual ATTA Conference in Hong Kong in November.  Requests for nominations go out in September and all are reviewed by a judging panel of leaders in the transformation and turnaround space.

Due to the seniority of the panel of judges and the high level of competition from other projects, since its inception in 2011, an ATTA Award has been become a much-coveted accolade and is highly regarded across the industry as recognition of a significant transformation or turnaround.

The criteria for submission are as follows:

We are inviting applications in these the four categories:

  • Transformation of the Year
  • Turnaround of the Year
  • Public Sector and Non-Profit Transformation
  • Digital Disruption of the Year

Applications should be for projects or initiatives which are Asia-related and have been ongoing or completed during the past year.

These nominations should include a brief description of the following within the application form available for download here: ATTA Awards Application Form

  • The Project
  • Transaction size (revenues, profits, headcount, assets, debt).
  • Outline of some of the challenges faced
  • Some details of the deliverables of the project
  • Specifics the role performed by the Transformations/Turnaround Professional

You will need to obtain the agreement from the company that agrees to be nominated for the award where it is a company application. Nominees who are short listed for an award will be contacted for more information and an interview with the Awards Panel.

The Awards is a great way to showcase your professional work and shortlisted candidates and winners will be announced through ATTA’s communications platform where appropriate. We therefore urge you to look at the projects that you have worked on over the past year since the last Awards and to submit as many relevant applications as possible.

Application Forms should be sent by email to and by the deadline of midday Hong Kong time on 20th October 2017.

We look forward to receiving your applications for the awards and to seeing everyone at the annual conference and awards dinner.

Further Information

Should you have any questions about the awards application process or have any questions about the categories please do not hesitate to contact Russell Brown at

Note: The awards are available for both the Transformations / Turnaround Professionals, including practitioners, professional advisors and the company itself. A practitioner is someone who takes on a significant role with a company, either directly or through their own corporate vehicle. A professional is a someone who has a client service relationship with a company advising those that play a significant role in the Transformation / Turnaround of the company. Because submissions can be from a practitioner or a professional advisor, where there are exceptional applications from both for a particular award, the Judges on the Awards Panel reserve the right to expand the awards to incorporate both.
