3rd Annual ATTA Conference

Registration for the 2012 ATTA Conference is now open!

This is our 3rd Annual Conference and Awards Dinner - much has been accomplished in a short time - we now really do represent many of Asia's operational professionals, and this is growing monthly. This year's conference is designed to go deeper and broader into issues that concern us all:

1) Sharing of war stories from the front line and acknowledging best practices

•Removing corruption while maintaining competitiveness in China and other challenging Asian environments

•War stories from transformation leaders - with all the gory details exposed (we have allowed for 6 of these by popular demand)

•Awards for the Best Transformations and Best Turnarounds in Asia - with details

2) Promoting the "Industry" of Transformation and Turnaround

•Working with PE and Banks to avoid liquidation of assets that can be saved - when and how to intervene

•Managing downsizing in environments where there is significant governmental interest in the preservation of employment

3) Media training to improve our professional effectiveness

•Handling the media in the midst of managing an operational crisis situation

•Handling press and other media opportunities (live video training and practice during conference sessions)

4) Meeting Colleagues and Clients

•Extend and improve your networks by meeting people whom you can use when you need help fast!

The cost to attend remains the same as last year – US$550. However, there is a special Member’s price of US$400 if you have paid your annual fees.

ATTA Awards Dinner

23-24 November 2012, Hong Kong

For the first time, attendance at the ATTA Annual Awards Dinner is open to non-attendees of the Conference.

The evening promises to be a glittering event highlighting the successes, and challenges, of the transformation and turnaround industry in Asia. It will also provide a networking opportunity and the chance to share experiences with others.

If you would like to attend the dinner but are unable to make the Conference, seats are available at HK$1,500 per head. If you are coming to the Conference, dinner is included in the Conference Fee but you may like to invite additional colleagues, clients or associates.

Drinks start at 7pm at The American Club, Two Exchange Square, Central. Dress code is lounge suit.
