3rd Annual ATTA Conference23-24 November 2012, Hong Kong Registration for the 2012 ATTA Conference is now open! This is our 3rd Annual Conference and Awards Dinner - much has been accomplished in a short time - we now really do represent many of Asia's operational professionals, and this is growing monthly. This year's conference is designed to go deeper and broader into issues that concern us all:
1) Sharing of war stories from the front line and acknowledging best practices •Removing corruption while maintaining competitiveness in China and other challenging Asian environments •War stories from transformation leaders - with all the gory details exposed (we have allowed for 6 of these by popular demand) •Awards for the Best Transformations and Best Turnarounds in Asia - with details
2) Promoting the "Industry" of Transformation and Turnaround •Working with PE and Banks to avoid liquidation of assets that can be saved - when and how to intervene •Managing downsizing in environments where there is significant governmental interest in the preservation of employment
3) Media training to improve our professional effectiveness •Handling the media in the midst of managing an operational crisis situation •Handling press and other media opportunities (live video training and practice during conference sessions)
4) Meeting Colleagues and Clients •Extend and improve your networks by meeting people whom you can use when you need help fast!
